NXRadio PTT is a brand operated by NXRADIO PTT LLC, responsible for the commercialization of Push-To-Talk (PTT) communication devices and services.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through secure platforms such as PayPal or other available methods.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information.
  • The shipping address registered in the payment platform will be considered the official delivery address.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
  • NXRadio PTT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed prior to purchase confirmation.

4. Taxes and Duties

Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees. Customers are solely responsible for any additional charges required by U.S. or international regulations.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  • Restocking fees may apply where permitted by law.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

7. Prepaid Services

PTT communication services are offered on a prepaid basis:

  • No long-term contracts are required.
  • Service is activated upon payment confirmation.
  • Prepaid balances are non-refundable once activated.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment or service activation. After that point, they are subject to the return policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXRadio PTT shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by cellular networks or third-party providers.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Improper use of products by the customer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
